I have a friend that I had a phone conversation with last night who is in sales. We are in different businesses, though marketing in the service business is the same; get your name out there and explain why you're the one to go to for the best service.
My question was how to get the in when the other guy out bid you. The explaination was again, get your name out there and consistantly be on the ball repeatedly, letting persective clients know that you're the one to go to for the best service. If the other guy is cutting corners they might drop the ball soon enough. If you are on the mind of the perspective clients you'll get the call and the chance to prove yourself.
Put together your promotional material explaining your policies and of course why you're the best!
